We diagnose against the model and serial number, not the symptom alone — on Liebherr equipment the same complaint can trace to three different components depending on the build year. You get the fault, the cause, and a written parts-and-labor quote before anything is opened.
Everything we repair carries 90 days on parts and labor. The diagnostic visit is $95, waived when you approve the repair.

Are you an authorized Liebherr service center?
No. We're an independent company whose technicians are trained on Liebherr platforms. We say that plainly because it matters: if your unit is inside the factory warranty, use the manufacturer's network so the coverage isn't voided. Outside warranty, we're usually faster and often less expensive.
Can you get Liebherr parts?
Yes, through the supply channels open to independent service companies, and we order against your model and serial number rather than a guess. Superseded and refurbished options exist for many discontinued boards.
What if the repair isn't worth doing?
We'll tell you. You get the repair quote and a realistic replacement figure side by side, including the cabinetry work a built-in replacement usually triggers, and the diagnostic fee is all you owe.
